Just a reminder; Forest View Vehicle Stickers and Dog Licenses go on sale June 1, 2025. They must be purchased by June 30, 2025. Failure to purchase the stickers and licenses on time may result in increased fees and fines.
Forms must be submitted in person at the Village Office. Online submissions are not accepted, as we need to issue the sticker and dog tag directly.
