The Village Accountant is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, payroll and human resources, debt management, budget and financial planning, cash management and investing, pensions, property and casualty insurance, tax administration, collections, revenues and vendor disbursements. Customer service is provided for all resident inquiries, including water bill payments and balance inquiries. In addition, the Village Accountant works closely in all financial matters with the Village President, Village Administrator, Village Office Manager and the Clerk / Treasurer as well as interfacing with all other departments that serve the Village of Forest View.
